Japan's Gay Escort,
Massage & Urisen Guide
We looked at every shop on this site one by one and recorded what it actually publishes. Across 40 shops in 5 cities, here is what we found — including the parts the industry leaves out.

Urisen, massage or outcall?
People search for all three as “urisen”, but they are three different businesses with different prices, different booking routes and — as the numbers below show — very different odds of being served in English.
Gay massage
18 shopsA booked treatment at the shop's own room, usually with a set course and a set time. This is the format that most often has an English site and online booking.
Outcall escort
12 shopsThe companion travels to you. Whether your hotel actually allows a visitor is the part that catches people out, so check that before you book.
Urisen
10 shopsYou drink at the bar first and choose a companion from the staff there. Expect a drink charge on top of the course, and a format that assumes you can hold a short conversation.
Not sure which one you want? We explain the difference in detail.
Where the shops actually are
The scene is far more concentrated than the city count suggests: 20 of the 40 shops on this site are in Tokyo, and 15 of those sit in Shinjuku alone.
Where to start
6 shops we would point a first-time visitor to, based on how much they publish up front and how they handle enquiries in English. Nobody pays to appear here — no shop on this site is on a paid plan.

Most listings of this kind never say where their information came from or when anyone last looked. Here is ours.
Checked one by one, and dated
All 40 shops were last checked on 2026-09-20 against the shop's own site and booking channels. Every listing carries the date and what was covered, so you can judge how stale it is.
No reviews, no star ratings
We have not been to these shops as customers, so we do not rate them and there is no scoring here. What we can tell you is exactly what each shop states — and where it stays silent.
Nothing here is paid for
No shop on this site is on a paid plan, so ordering and inclusion are not for sale. If that changes, paid slots will be labelled as such.
What counting all 40 shops showed
The price figure is the one that surprises people most: most shops quote only once you contact them, which is why what things actually cost is worth reading before you book.
You do not need an account and we never see who you contacted. We do use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful — that and everything else we collect is set out in our privacy policy, and how we verify listings is in our editorial policy.
